Meet Your Coach:

I’ve spent the last three decades in the industry. First as a performer in 10 Broadway musicals, then as a director, choreographer, and collegiate musical theatre educator. My career has been defined by bridging the gap between raw talent and the commercial reality of getting booked.

I built this incubator because I'm tired of seeing beautifully trained, incredibly capable actors get trapped in the non-union bottleneck simply because they weren't taught the business strategies behind the art, or worse, walk away from their passion entirely because they weren't properly prepared to handle the intense challenges of this industry.

This summer, I'm bringing my director's eye out of the rehearsal room and directly into your career infrastructure, giving you the tactical tools and mindset architecture to stay resilient, focused, and undeniable.

Join me and let's work together to give your career the boost it needs!
